A redacted personal financial disclosure file on former President Donald Trump, released Thursday, provided new details about nearly $1 billion he appears to have earned in his post-presidency life, including speaking engagements in the lucrative businesses of Trump and his wife, as well as more details about his ventures. business abroad.

Trump, who leads polls for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, earned a total of $2 million to speak at two Global Peace Federation global summits in Bedminster, New Jersey, and Palm Beach, Florida. The group was founded by the late Reverend Sun Myung Moon, a Korean missionary and entrepreneur who founded the Unification Church, and his wife, Hak Ja Han.

Highest speaking engagement: $2.5 million in September 2021 from Triller Legends II LLC, a media company that promoted professional fighting.

Trump won the seven-figure fee for providing commentary on the Evander Holyfield boxing match held at Triller Fight Club in 2021, which was confirmed by the company’s attorney in an email to CNN.

Trump also received more than $2.3 million from the American Freedom Tour for four speaking engagements in Florida, Texas and Mississippi. This company has organized paid events for Trump and other prominent figures in ultra-conservative circles.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the new filings.

Trump also said in the new documents that he received $5.35 million in licensing fees from what he described as “DT Marks Oman LLC”. The New York Times previously reported that the Trump Organization has reached an agreement with a Saudi real estate company to build a hotel, villa and golf course in Amman as part of a $4 billion project.

New revelations also show that former first lady Melania Trump received $155,000 from a Trump-aligned Super Pac — called Make America Great Again, Again — for a speech she gave in Palm Beach in December 2021.

This event is notable because it was not explicitly described as a payment to Melania Trump in previous Super PAC disclosures with the Federal Election Commission. Instead, the PAC listed two payments totaling $155,000 for “event planning and consulting” to a company called the Designers Management Agency.

The former first lady is among the clients listed on the company’s website.

In total, the record shows that Melania Trump earned over $1.2 million in speaking fees.
