Hannah Waddingham wowed the crowd once again in the Eurovision 2 semi-final on Thursday 11 May.

During the first semi-final, Tuesday, May 9, A.J Ted Lasso The star blew viewers away with her “unreal” singing voice.

At Thursday’s show, the actress showed off her language skills by reciting the contest’s voting rules in fluent French.

Once the crowd cheers died down, Waddingham host Alesha Dixon said, “Honestly Hannah, I could listen to you do this all night.”

“My French teacher would be so proud!” Waddingham replied

Eurovision Viewers quickly took to Twitter to praise the star.

“Hannah Waddingham’s French speaking is my religion,” one ardent fan wrote on Twitter.

Another wrote: “Speaking French to Hannah Waddingham would be my breakdown in society.”

A third pleaded: “I want Hannah Waddingham to yell at me in French 24/7.”

The second semi-final saw Romania, Denmark, Georgia, Iceland, San Marino and Greece eliminated from the competition.

Albania, Cyprus, Estonia, Belgium, Austria, Lithuania, Poland, Australia, Armenia and Slovenia were the 10 countries that qualified for the Grand Final that will take place on Saturday 13 May.

They will join the 10 other semi-finalists (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Israel, Serbia, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, Moldova and the Czech Republic) and the top 5 (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK), who advanced automatically, and last year’s winner Ukraine.
