A former high-profile racer, Geoffroy began his career as an insurance adjuster for over 20 years. Originally from Compiègne, this professional entrepreneur has always been keen to satisfy his clients from A to Z, with first class services. In 2018, this fifty-year-old decided to change his job, but above all his life. He left his hometown to settle permanently in Corse-du-Sud, the true haven of peace.
After a period of reflection, Geoffroy had an ingenious idea to create a luxury villa concept with comprehensive services, in order to delight his clients. He invited the famous architect to draw the plans and opened his first villa in October 2020 on Pinarello Heights, facing the bay. And soon he set about building a second villa, which will start in October 2021. In addition, the marine village offers a pleasant living environment, with many water activities and diverse restaurants.

The two villas, each with a very unique charm and character, are set in a setting that lends itself perfectly to idleness, situated on the heights of Pinarello Bay. The first villa, Eva, measures approximately 350 square meters on two levels and has an infinity-edge pool, with a stunning view of the sea. Designed in collaboration with Laura Rego, exterior architect and studio Front Martin, interior designers for luxury hotels, Eva points out her only daughter. It can accommodate up to 12 people in its 5 spacious suites.
Léa, the little sister to Villa Eva, measures 320 square meters and aims to be more family-oriented and natural. It mainly consists of wood and pastel colors, giving a warmer look. On one level is a house with a pool, and the highlight of the show: a rooftop pool. It can also accommodate up to 12 people, including adults and children. Both villas are equipped with a private gym, Canadian barbecue and a stunning exterior. But especially for great holiday lovers, a bowling alley.
