Each One is a company that enables refugees and newcomers to find sustainable work that matches their skills, and large companies to hire these talents. Since 2015, Every One has been designing training and staffing solutions that make inclusion a simple experience and create value for businesses. In 5 years, each one has supported more than 2,500 people towards employment and raised the awareness of more than 29,000 employee-citizens in companies to the challenges of inclusion. With some forty large groups already committed on its side, it aims to enable 10,000 people to return to work in the coming years.
