The Aida Association is a supportive association for young people with cancer and their families, founded in 2015 by French-Lebanese writer Lea Meknas. It enables 80,000 young volunteers to support 2,200 sick adolescents in 50 hospitals across France. Aida is also committed to improving the pathway of care for sick adolescents in France and also aims to build the French hospital system of tomorrow by involving young people and strengthening commitment. In 2022, Léa Moukanas publishes a book, I Want to Be Helpful, published by Robert Lafont.
