This year, transalpine maestro Gianluca Fausto imagined an Easter egg flavored with rosemary and Sicilian orange for the entire hotel collection. Behind this handcrafted craft of exceptional products, we find a skilful blend of dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 66% and milk chocolate, both from Millot’s centuries-old farm in Madagascar. The marbled crust is also decorated with Val di Noto blues with a unique taste and crunchy texture. The festivities escalate into this three-stage culinary waltz that essentially transports us to Italy.
