Summer is in full swing and Paris is emptying its inhabitants … to allow themselves to be better admired by those who have understood that the beautiful season is undoubtedly the most pleasant time to experience suspenseful moments, perched on the heights of the capital. The proof of these five titles is as magical as it is exclusive.
Bar “The Shed” – Hotel des Grands Boulevards
Place : Hotel des Grands Boulevards retreats a little from the hustle and bustle of the area, surprising first of all with its calmness. A contrast that puts the visitor in the best conditions to be enchanted by the atmosphere of the place. Decorated by Dorothy Melchzon, Building #18H The century is seductive with its historical character, wrapped in decorative references. If the restaurant installed under the glass ceiling on the ground floor is clearly worth a visit, this time the experience is played to the heights of the hotel. Located on the top floor, the roof is undoubtedly one of the most secret hideaways in Paris. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we let ourselves be carried away by the live music to our table, hidden from our neighbors by the generous flora. To live happy, live subtle.
the card : According to the reputation of venues signed by the Experimental Group, The Shed bar is no exception to the rule of offering a signature cocktail menu. A “Water Meloni” – served iced – or a “Fleuri en Ville” would be perfect to open the evening. The menu also includes a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails that blend spices and citruses to tantalize the taste buds. Drinks accompany dishes to share with Franco-Italian influences such as ceviche, a plate of grilled octopus a la plancha or even burrata and Italian charcuterie. And pasta !

The perfect address to celebrate a special occasion.
the card : On this three-star picnic under the skies of Paris, Chef Christian Le Square imagined a 5-course menu tinged with references to Brittany, the region that rocked his childhood. Thus we find Breton langoustines, lukewarm mayonnaise, buckwheat pancakes or a turbot serving meunier, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the sea. Another surprise on the menu, Foie Gras Pebbles, the creation of Chef Trompe Lowell, is one of Le Cinque’s iconic dishes.
