Previous sources told CNN that among them are former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, former National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien, and former Homeland Security Officer Ken Cuccinelli.
Howell’s decision also rejected Trump’s claims of privilege to several former White House members, including former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, senior adviser Stephen Miller and senior communications aide Dan Scavino.
Howell’s order was sealed and the lawsuit preceding it was passed. Trump’s new appeal schedule provides few details and does not specify the parties or specifics of the case. But she says a notice of appeal has been filed.
