Like every weekend, Ti Sport offers you the summary of the results of our clubs of N2 and N3 in Brittany. Stade Rennais B lost against Rouen (3–0) while En Avant Guingamp B failed to convert their chances against Chartres (1–1).

Stade Rennais B without a solution

Opposed to the leader of their group, Stade Rennais B was once again powerless against Rouen (3-0). Dominated in absolutely all areas of the game, the Bretilliens have never been able to worry the Seinomarins. Worse, the Rouge et Noir have conceded a whopping 19 goals in their last five games. A total far too high to hope for even a few points for maintaining. Dead last in the championship, they only have four small points at the end of the first part of the season. A nightmarish situation and which could even unfortunately enter the records.

En Avant Guingamp B had to settle for a draw when they received Chartres (1-1). The reserve coach Sébastien Bannier was however able to rely on certain players (Taylor Luvambo, Warren Tchimbembé and Félix Eboa Eboa) from the first team. But the tireless Clément Chantôme went cold picking (0-1, 6th) the Costarmoricans before Ibrahim Karamoko equalized a few moments later (1-1, 11th). Dominators in the second act, the Guingampais never managed to materialize their superiority.

For its part, Vannes continues to sink in the standings after its narrow defeat against Saint-Pryvé Saint-Hilaire (1-0). The Morbihannais managed to compete with their opponents for the entire match, but a goal from Salim Jabi conceded after only nine minutes of play marred the performance. While they have had only one victory (against Stade Rennais B) since August 20, Pierre Talmont’s proteges are also getting dangerously close to relegation. And the series is not likely to get better since they will face the Voltigeurs de Châteaubriant (5th) during the next meeting.

After leading twice, the Malouins can harbor serious regrets following their draw against Beauvais (2-2). The opponent, however, seemed to be within reach of the Bretilliens who had opened the scoring through Bilal Cissé (1-0, 51st) before experiencing a fatal relaxation in stride (1-1, 54th). Same observation approaching the end of the match when Sébastien Persico thought to offer victory to his team (2-1, 79th) until Beauvais equalized again (2-2, 85th). With this frustrating result, the Diables Noirs remain confined to 8th place in the championship.

End of series for FC Lorient B

Still in National 2, but this time in Group D, FC Lorient B suffered defeat on their lawn against Trélissac (1-0). Combative, the young hake lacked the experience to make the difference against a team in poor shape. Jorris Romil’s goal scored just before half-time (0-1, 43rd) dashed all the hopes of the Bretons who never managed to reverse the situation afterwards. This poor performance thus puts an end to the series of three rank successes of the Lorient people.

Saint-Pierre Milizac dominates TA Rennes

In National 3, Dinan-Léhon was very close to being surprised and losing his invincibility against Lannion, but a goal from Lino Dufouil in the last moments (1-1, 88th) allowed the leader to obtain a draw. US Fougères, Dinannais’ main pursuer, also stalled this weekend against Stade Briochin B (0-0).

In the duel at the top of the table between TA Rennes (4th) and Saint-Pierre Milizac (3rd), it was the Finisterians who carried out the pretty operation by winning (2-1). The surprise of the weekend is to the credit of the Entente Samsonnaise Doloise who won for the first time this season against OC Cesson (1-0). Finally, AS Vitré and Saint-Colomban Locminé overcame Pontivy (3–1) and Stade Brestois B (3–2) respectively.
