This weekend took place the 32nd finals of the Coupe Gambardella. 5 Breton clubs were in the running, only two managed to pass this round.
The record of our local representatives is very meager in this Coupe Gambardella. Stade Rennais, opposed to Vannes, won on penalties, 1–1 (3–1 pens). A qualification imitated by Plabennec, easy winner of Saint-Nazaire (5-0).
On the other hand, En Avant Guingamp beaten by Orléans (0–1), and Stade Brestois eliminated by SCO Angers (1–2) left the competition.
